At Fieldays 2014, it has been the most successful Fieldays we’ve ever had. This was our first time to get an outside supplier to set up our stand and site. We went with Showscape Hire and to be honest they’ve exceeded our expectations, they’ve done a really first class job. We got in early with them, and got organised ahead of time, they delivered on everything that they said they were going to do and to be honest they set it up better than what we thought it was going to be. We came up with a rough concept and they just took it from there, they put a plan in place and communicated everything with us really clearly. The best thing about dealing with Showscape is there integrity and honesty and how they put it together. They managed to work out a package that fitted our budget, we chopped and changed a few things, but nothing was a hassle and even to the last minute stuff was really easy to deal with. We’ve been at Fieldays for as many years as you can count, this year we chose Showscape as our site builder. What we really wanted was an open site that would encourage people to come in and showcase our product and they’ve (Showscape) done a really good job. They’ve used a combination of Bark and other materials, solid flooring inside our tent – which is a very large tent – and they’ve achieved a really good product for us. The end product is really good, it is just what we were looking for, we are happy to endorse the company. They’ve been easy to communicate with, their pricing is fair and they’ve delivered everything on time. There’s been some changes and every time we’ve needed to make some changes there has been no issues with it. We are really happy with what we have got.

Our contractor was able to hire a forklift off you to drive himself, this was absolutely awesome for us as he is a very careful and qualified operator and there was a whole lot less risk of damage.

The process of dealing with Showscape is really, really, good. For us being ‘out of towners’ its quite hard (exhibiting at Fieldays) so logistically it can be a bit of a nightmare but the guys at Showscape made everything really easy, we’ve been really lucky, they’ve bent over backwards for us. Day to day there’s a lot of top up and restocking and they’ve helped out – they’ve been fantastic. Our site gets better and better every year, Showscape are a big part of that, putting up our banners, and doing extra things that we’ve done in the past that would’ve taken us DAYS to do. It works well for us, we’ve had a positive 2014. They make everything pretty easy for us and go the extra mile. We’ve got no complaints and are just stoked with what they’ve done.

Showscape have done an amazing job for us this year creating our site. In particular we had an extra site where we ran a 4WD course for our Ford ranger and there was a lot of extra landscaping that Showscape did for us this year. They’ve built us a mountain and a rock face with a waterfall cascading down into a pond, which our vehciles could drive through, they’ve gone really hard out for us and we’ve got an amazing result. They’re an amazing company to deal with, they’re very on-to-it, they’ve done a great job… we are really happy!

Matamata Post & Rail
Going back to the Fieldays for the first time in 10 years with Jeep we really wanted to make an impression with the site. The team at Showscape built a pretty amazing 4WD track, it went around the outside of our entire site. It has been a good way to draw crowds into the site, the kids loved it, the adults loved it, its being a great way to showcase the jeep brand and show the capabilities of what Jeep can do off road. We had a really good 4 days – in spite of the weather! Its fantastic what they’ve been able to put together for us, we are really pleased.

I would like to make special mention to management of your partner ‘ Showscape Hire Ltd ‘- when we arrived at 7 00am to meet with our sales team there was the sound of high pressure water flowing ( burst hose ) and the inside of the tent was AWASH with water flooding through our gear. We contacted the Show Scape Team who arrived quickly with a truck load of bark , a loader and a team with shovels rakes and kit to dismantle part of the tent and clean up the mess. A big thank you.
